I have been coming to Casa del Taco for many years. Many times ordering take out too. The food is always delicious and promptly served. The wait staff is excellent and many have been working there for years.  Nelly,the manager is friendly and accommodating.  My favorite food here are the mixed botanas, chicken flautas, caldo de res, parillada Monterrey,  tacos presidente , beef enchiladas and the chips and salsa. Visiting the Valley and stopped the first place I found a Botana. I cannot believe you can't find this in any other place. San Antonio doesn't even have them. The food was great, service was great.

The chicken enchiladas was very good and the rice and beans were also pretty good and fresh.
